The Service Expert - Davit Systems is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service, inspections, troubleshooting, andrepairs for marine davit and launch & recovery systems. The role requires strong hydraulic and electrical competencies and ensuresequipment reliability, compliance with maritime safety standards, and excellent customer support across global service operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on davits, winches, HPU units, cylinders, and relatedequipment
Diagnose and correct complex hydraulic issues, including pumps, motors, proportional valves, pressure controls, and hosesystems
Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-system malfunctions involving wiring diagrams, sensors, motor control boards, andPLCs
Conduct onboard service assignments worldwide, including dry docks, ports, and offshore sites
Contribution to further building up business in the regions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in Mechatronics, Marine Engineering, Hydraulics, Electrical Engineering, or acomparable field
Relevant field service experience in marine or industrial equipment
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, including valves, pumps, cylinders, pressure circuits, and control units
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault-finding in circuits, sensors, actuators, and PLC-based controls
Safety awareness, as well as a high willingness to travel worldwide
