The Service Project Manager leads the planning and execution of warranty, modification, and complex service projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the key interface between customers, internal teams, and suppliers, this role ensures smooth coordination, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement in all service-related activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, manage, and monitor warranty and service projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Coordinate communication and collaboration between customers, service, engineering, and supply chain teams
Evaluate project scope, resources, and timelines to align with business priorities
Identify risks, implement corrective measures, and report on project progress and costs
Drive continuous improvement in service procedures, documentation, and project management practices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in project management within industrial or technical service environments
Solid technical understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems — equipment or machinery background preferred
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and standard project management tools, with a proactive, self-driven work style
