The Service Expert Boats is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service, inspections, troubleshooting, andrepairs formarine boats. This role combines hands-on expertise with strategic development to strengthen our regional competence and expandour market presence.

Your Tasks

Provide expert knowledge in electric systems, marine engines, and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) structures
Execute driveline tasks including alignment, balancing, and installation with precision
Collaborate with the training center to enhance technical skills and knowledge within the region
Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities
Diagnose issues reported by customers, shipyards or vessel crew and propose technical solutions

Your qualifications

Experience in marine engineering, and driveline installation
Strong understanding of GRP materials and boat construction, as well as electrical knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, as well as experience in business development
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with internal teams and external partners
High willingness to travel internationally (up to 80%)
