We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Buyer (f/m/d) fluent in German and English to support our procurement operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and value collaboration, flexibility, and continuous learning—this role is for you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of purchase requisitions and PO creation ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for clarifications of deviations or issues related to invoices and purchase orders
Close collaboration with Sourcing Group Lead Buyers
Maintenance of Procurement Master Data in SAP
Performing additional Procurement activities such as Negotiations, Order confirmations handling, Claims Management, GR Booking Market research or other duties as assigned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement
Experience in working with ERP system – preferably SAP will be considered an advantage
Fluent in German and English, written and verbal
Organized with attention to details and adaptable to a changing environment
Flexible, open-minded and friendly team player with strong communication and soft skills
