As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in the evolution of our global CRM landscape. Working closely with the PALFINGER process organization, you will drive the development, optimization, and automation of our Microsoft D365CE platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a modern CRM ecosystem and be part of our digital transformation journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement technical customizations and enhancements within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment
Monitor and optimize existing CRM interfaces, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA
Develop, manage, and update Azure Functions and platform-related automations
Collaborate with external service providers, acting as a technical bridge between internal stakeholders and partners
Manage CRM data operations, including preparation, import, cleansing, and support for incident management (2nd/3rd level)

YOUR

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft D365 or CRM software development; experience across multiple modules is an advantage
Completed technical education in software development or equivalent qualification; Microsoft certifications are a plus
Strong expertise in interfaces/connectors, JavaScript, C#/.NET; knowledge of TypeScript, JSON, XML, and Web3 technologies is an advantage
Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, structured and independent work style, strong team orientation
Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage
