Reach Beyond with PALFINGER as Parts Warehouse; this position works within our parts department to assemble and ship parts orders and intercompany transfers. This individual utilizes our ERP systems while working closely in a team environment to receive, pick, and pack both intercompany and external orders in a timely and accurate manner.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Pick, kit, and assemble customer and production orders by reviewing deliveries, generating pick slips, verifying part numbers and quantities, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Pack, secure, and label shipments to prevent damage or loss, maintaining accuracy between packed items, documentation, and shipping containers.
  • Execute end‑to‑end shipping activities including system entry, document and label generation, coordinating carriers, loading shipments, and ensuring on‑time pickup and end‑of‑day accountability.
  • Receive inbound freight using forklifts or pallet jacks, verify accuracy against vendor paperwork, complete SAP receiving transactions, and replenish materials to designated racking locations.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment by operating equipment responsibly, managing shipping supplies, supporting internal transfers, and adhering to company policies and health & safety standards.

Your Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of warehouse experience; automotive parts experience or related certification is a strong plus.
  • Forklift experience required with the ability to complete in‑house certification within 4 weeks; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely in an active warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of warehouse processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and inventory systems, with the ability to learn and perform basic transaction functions in SAP after training.
  • A proactive, dependable team player with strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills who can work independently with minimal supervision and a customer‑focused mindset.
