The QHSE Expert ensures compliance with legal requirements and company policies in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management. The role develops, implements, and monitors policies and processes to minimize risks, ensure safe working conditions, and promotes the company’s sustainable performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system in line with legal requirements and company standards
Conduct workplace risk assessments and implement measures to eliminate or reduce hazards and ensure safe working conditions
Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance indicators (e.g., TRIR, LTIR, environmental metrics) to support continuous improvement
Promote a strong safety and environmental culture through training, emergency preparedness planning, and oversight of contractor and supplier compliance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
Professional certifications or training in Quality + HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) are advantageous
Practical experience in safety supervision, environmental compliance, or industrial risk management
Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and risk assessment methodologies
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
