As part of the Center of Excellence Engineering Processes & Data, you will contribute your expertise in defining, documenting and implementing of state-of-the-art globally applicable engineering processes. We are looking for a flexible, assertive, and communicative personality to work actively with our Global Product Lines. Do you want to set standards and carry out business process analysis, requirement specifications, training and integration tests? Then join our team and support us as a Senior Process Expert - Engineering (f/m/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and maintain process and training documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 using Signavio, and conduct related process trainings
Drive the continuous improvement, global rollout, and operational support of the Engineering Change Management process
Define and implement requirement specifications for process optimizations
Contribute to the development of the global process landscape and support process integrations and system implementations, including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts
Manage and coordinate process optimization projects and maintain a global network of product line, regional, and local process experts in collaboration with internal and external partners.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering-related field and at least five years of professional experience in engineering and/or business process management
Strong understanding of product development processes, particularly Engineering Change Management
Experience with ERP and PLM systems as well as business platforms within complex enterprise environments
Strong project and process management skills combined with independence, initiative, quality awareness, and solid moderation and presentation abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills across functions and organizational levels, openness to innovation and change, willingness to travel up to 20%, and very good business English and/or German

We offer an attractive, performance-based salary aligned with qualifications and professional experience, which may be significantly above the collective agreement (minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on full-time employment is EUR 53.241,02 gross per year).
