As a Service Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring smooth service execution — acting as the key link between customers, service engineers, technical teams, and global service regions throughout the entire service lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor service and maintenance activities from request receipt through execution and completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service execution, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Coordinate service engineers, service partners, spare parts, and technical support to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
Manage service orders, documentation, cost tracking, reporting, and smooth customer invoicing.
Ensure compliance with PALFINGER HSE policies and contribute to continuous improvement of service coordination processes.

Your Qualifications

Experience in service coordination, project coordination, or strong motivation to grow into a Service Coordinator role.
Technical education in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; interest in maritime operations is an advantage.
Experience in customer‑oriented or commercial roles, with strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems (AXAPTA is an advantage), MS Excel, and collaboration tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate across teams.
