To strengthen our operation, we are looking for a Spares Coördinator.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, understanding needs, and preparing accurate quotations accordingly
Manage the full quotation and order process — from receiving requests to issuing final sales quotes and processing orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery, and terms
Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure timely order handling, shipping, and documentation
Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues, including customer complaints, while maintaining compliance with Palfinger Marine’s policies and regulations
Collaborate across departments (spares, logistics, purchasing, finance) to ensure accuracy in invoicing, updated supplier data, and overall efficiency in the sales and distribution process

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Technical knowledge and understanding is preferred
Business administration experience is preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Maritime / Off-shore spares industry
Excellent customer service skills, good networker and self-motivated
Good leadership, cooperation, communication, and organizational skills • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
