We are looking for motivated Accounts Payable Expert to join our team in Cherven Bryag.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify and book various types of invoices (External, Intercompany, PO, NON-PO) in SAP, ensuring timely processing to respect payment terms and avoid delays
Identify correct coding information, forward invoices for proper approval, and ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Communicate with internal and external customers to investigate and resolve issues with supplier invoices
Prepare necessary documents for closing financial periods and summarize the current financial status, including reconciliation of all accounts payable
Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Previous experience in a similar position is required - usage of SAP will be an adventage
Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Very good level of English and/or German
