We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our team in our manufacturing facility in Cherven Bryag in the role of: Local Quality Specialist - Measurements (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and perform test tasks within production, including measurements on CMMs, form and contour testing devices, as well as advanced tests such as hardness and surface roughness.
Record, document, and evaluate measurement results, while supporting production with metrological analyses and defining corrective measures.
Participate in test planning by determining testing procedures, selecting measurement equipment, developing strategies, and evaluating results.
Independently conduct inspections on parts and assemblies using various methods, optimize measurement programs, and manage testing/measuring equipment, including calibration.
Ensure communication between factory quality teams and global/regional measurement experts, while preparing reports and supporting projects with relevant drawings and data for measurement purposes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Bulgarian with good spoken and written English and/or German (B2 level).
Desirable education: completed training as a measurement technician or further qualification in the QM/QA field.
Professional experience in quality assurance and measurement technology, with advanced knowledge of metrological tools and reading technical drawings (e.g., Software Polyworks).
Familiarity with test equipment standards (VDA5 and AIAG) and knowledge of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 is an advantage.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with experience using quality tools and statistical methods (e.g., CAQ systems, Q-DAS).
