The Service Execution Manager (f/m/d) – MHS will primarily oversee our daily service execution activities. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to increase operational efficiency in service & operations within the After Sales Department by implementing successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.

This role enhances operational procedures, systems, and principles in areas such as information flow and management, business processes, and reporting. It also identifies opportunities to expand systems and improve efficiency. The role includes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and provides support to Service Engineers during missions, ensuring quick and efficient responses to technical support issues.

Our ideal candidate should have a university degree and at least 5 years of experience in operations & services and managerial roles. Strong analytical skills are required, and experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Sales, and Project Management is an advantage, as well as technical knowledge of marine equipment. Fluency in English is required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Service Team & Workforce Management:Manage Service Engineers and Coordinators both on-site and off-site; plan and schedule service work, holidays, rest periods, medicals, and training; coordinate mobilization/demobilization logistics in cooperation with administration.

  • Service Order & Commercial Coordination:Review and process service purchase orders and documentation; confirm orders and attendance with clients; collaborate with Service & Spares Sales and participate in S&OP meetings; ensure accurate ERP cost entries; support invoice resolution and payment follow-up; keep Head of After Sales fully informed.

  • Service Execution & Field Support:Ensure Service Engineers are fully briefed with schedules, materials, and instructions; verify parts and equipment readiness before execution; coordinate technical support with internal teams; manage debriefings, service reports, worksheets, and expenses to enable timely invoicing.

  • Process Optimization & Capability Development:Establish and improve internal routines and procedures for regional support services; map service locations, technical capabilities, and tools; identify training and support needs; collaborate with Corporate Services and Training Centers; coach and develop Service Execution personnel globally.

  • Customer Relations, Compliance & Quality Leadership:Maintain strong customer relationships to secure future business; ensure compliance with HSE and Quality Assurance standards; act as Local Technical Leader by providing recommendations and monitoring service quality.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations & services and managerial roles within a marine equipment manufacturer
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Marine, or a related field(Extensive work experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
