We are looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Manager located in our new distribution center in Huntley, IL for the PALFINGER North America Team. This is an onsite position that reports to the Regional Senior Manager Spare Parts. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, apply today!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts warehouse teams across two locations: Huntley, IL and Niagara Falls, ON.
  • Oversee day-to-day spare parts kitting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment.
  • Establish and manage spare parts hose and pipe production operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures with respect to conduct and departmental operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) with at least five (5) years of warehouse and distribution management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage operating budgets, develop project schedules, and meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Strong leadership experience, including mentoring, developing direct reports, and building effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental compliance, with experience implementing high workplace standards.
  • Working knowledge of logistics (parcel, LTL, TL, container), SAP (preferred), and Microsoft Office tools, along with excellent communication skills and ability to travel 25–30%.
