PALFINGER as Team Lead, Parts Purchasing, based in Huntley, IL, to play a key role in keeping our customers’ equipment running and our operations moving. This role owns the end-to-end spare parts purchasing strategy for the North American market while leading a small, high-performing team. You’ll combine hands-on procurement expertise with process improvement, supplier collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Your Responsibilities

Oversee the procurement and stocking of spare parts to support the North American market.
Lead and develop a small purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels and service performance.
Implement and continuously improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and parts availability.
Negotiate with suppliers and collaborate closely with PALFINGER’s global Purchasing team.
Maintain and optimize SAP master data to improve purchasing accuracy, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Your Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Business or a related field required; BA/BS preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain planning.
Proven experience leading and managing a small team within a purchasing or supply chain environment.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver timely, practical solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); SAP experience preferred.

Salary Range $93,000 - $100,000
401(k) with Company match.
