Experienced Project Manager

PALFINGER is seeking a GPMS & PMO Expert to support and strengthen our Global Process Management System while driving key quality and project initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and leading cross-functional projects that enhance operational excellence.
Your Tasks
- Maintain and further develop the Global Process Management System (GPMS), including documentation, compliance standards, and process improvements
- Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits while tracking corrective actions and improvement initiatives
- Lead or support cross-functional quality and operational projects as a Project Manager within the PMO framework
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare management reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training, guidance, and project coordination across teams to strengthen quality management methods and tools
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in project management or management systems within a corporate or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and experience supporting or participating in audits
- Experience with project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile); PMI certification a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with ERP systems or tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint is an advantage
- Business-level English required; German language skills are a plus
