Process & Data Management Integration Expert (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Process & Data Management Integration Expert to strengthen our Business Process Management & Architecture team. In this role, you will act as an execution and integration backbone across the Process & Data Organization, supporting the implementation of process and template standards, coordinating initiatives, and enabling structured rollout and change activities. You will work closely with BPM&A experts, Process Owners, template teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective execution across projects, rollouts, and PDO operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support smaller projects for template development and rollout initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities across PDO and functional teams
- Drive change management for template development and rollouts, including structured communication, adoption tracking, and feedback collection to support transparency and effective decision-making
- Support the preparation and execution of rollout activities across functions and regions, continuously improving rollout and change approaches
- Manage onboarding of new PDO members, ensuring structured integration into processes, tools, governance, and ways of working, while acting as a key contact point for operational and coordination topics within the Process & Data Organization
- Maintain and enhance PDO collaboration platforms as central information hubs, supporting communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing, while assisting BPM&A experts and leadership with standards, governance, process transparency, reporting, and KPI tracking
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project coordination, process management, or change management in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across functions and regions
- Understanding of BPM, governance structures, and template-driven transformation environments
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Curious about this position or want to learn more? Reach out. Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
