As a Senior In-house Consultant SuccessFactors - Focus on Integrations, you will play a central role in the further development of our global HR IT landscape and help provide modern, integrated solutions for our employees worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management or comparable experience
At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite or SAC as well as with large HR‑IT transformation projects
Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured way of working, and strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong customer orientation and very good German and English skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
