As a Senior In-house Consultant SuccessFactors - Focus on Integrations, you will play a central role in the further development of our global HR IT landscape and help provide modern, integrated solutions for our employees worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
  • Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
  • Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
  • Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management or comparable experience
  • At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite or SAC as well as with large HR‑IT transformation projects
  • Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured way of working, and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong customer orientation and very good German and English skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
