We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to support our Aerial Work Platform business by delivering exceptional technical expertise, customer support, and team leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Your Responsibilities

Serve as the regional service expert for PALFINGER aerial work platforms, providing high-level technical and customer service support to dealers, service partners, and end users across the North American market
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems via phone, email, and on-site support as required
Manage global product support responsibilities for North America–built aerial work platforms, including feedback to operations, engineering, and quality teams
Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with dealers and service partners through regular communication and on-site service visits
Lead, coach, and mentor the Oklahoma City service team, setting clear expectations, fostering professional development, and promoting a safety-focused culture
Support service documentation, service bulletin strategy, and execution, including manuals, spare parts catalogs, and technical updates
Partner with internal departments such as Sales, Training, Spare Parts, Network Development, and Engineering to resolve market service issues and improve overall service performance

Your Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical or business degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, preferably within lifting or aerial work platform equipment
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a technical service team
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical specifications, schematics, and installation manuals
Proven customer service skills, including experience supporting customers via phone, email, and in person
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general computer-based business systems
Ability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 30–70%), including travel within North America and occasional international travel

What We Offer

Salary Range $96,000 - $115,000, depending upon experience.
401(k) with Company match.
