Software and System Engineer V&V (f/m/d)

To strengthen our Embedded Software Operating System team, we are looking for a motivated System Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Verification & Validation (V&V). In this role, you will take responsibility for the verification and validation processes that ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of our embedded software solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and continuously improve the verification and validation processes for our embedded software operating system
Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements in alignment with the V-model
Plan and execute system and integration tests using HIL/SIL environments
Design and implement automated test cases
Drive the strategic development of HIL/SIL test systems and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in electronics, computer science, or a related technical field (HTL/FH/University)
Solid understanding of requirements engineering and relevant tools
Experience in verification & validation of (safety-critical) software, including methodologies and documentation
Familiarity with automated testing systems (HIL/SIL) is a plus
Passion for shaping of our software development environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
