To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Specialist External Reporting (f/m/d). In this role, you will actively shape the external financial communication of the PALFINGER Group and be responsible for the overall project management of the annual report preparation. You will work closely with internal departments, management, and external partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsibility for the project management of the PALFINGER Annual Report as well as the Half-Year Report – from planning and coordination through to final publication
Preparation and continuous development of the management report, as well as steering and aligning all other report sections with internal stakeholders and the CFO
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, timelines, and review processes within the reporting process
Coordination and management of our external agencies
Key user for SmartNotes and sparring partner for colleagues within the company through active business partnering on reporting-related topics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
Experience in external reporting, ideally in the context of annual reports, management reports, or group reporting
Very good project management skills
Structured, detail-oriented way of working, with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
Fluent German and English skills - both in writing and speaking
