As a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d), you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment operations across Austria and Bulgaria — helping us attract, engage, and hire the right people for our global organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Talent Acquisition team with the creation and posting of job advertisements across multiple channels
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues in Austria and Bulgaria
Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines
Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Assist with administrative tasks and ongoing recruitment projects within the regional TA team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced HR environment
