Join PALFINGER as Spare Parts Project Manager to help bring it to life. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of e‑commerce, service products, and operational execution, supporting our dealer and service network across North America. You’ll lead high‑impact projects that improve how customers find, purchase, and receive spare parts. If you enjoy owning initiatives end‑to‑end and turning complex ideas into scalable solutions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of PALFINGER’s spare parts Webshop (e‑commerce platform).
  • Partner with third‑party providers to ensure accurate product data, descriptions, and online availability.
  • Establish and manage service product contracts and coordinate their launch across the North American region.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain monthly KPI reporting using SAP and Power BI.
  • Project manage all spare parts–related initiatives, including timeline tracking and coordination using Smartsheet.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate degree in technology, business administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce solutions, including digital storefronts, payment processing, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience working with dealer networks or distribution‑based business models.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver practical, timely solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Power BI; experience with SAP and Smartsheet is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Salary Range $87,000 - $106,000
  • 401(k) with Company match.
